Reporting
The Reports page breaks conversations down by status, label, department, inbox and agent for the dates you pick, with first-response and resolution times and CSAT beside each. Every report exports to CSV.
Reports are free on every edition, with unlimited agents. This page describes the ASP.NET Core edition of DChat 2.0.6; the separate Web Forms package does not include the 2.0.5 or 2.0.6 additions.
Totals, average first response, average resolution time and CSAT, with a chart of conversations per day by status and a split by channel.
The same numbers by label, by department and by inbox, so you can see which topics and channels take the most time.
Conversations, open and resolved counts, first-response and resolution times, and CSAT for each agent.
Pick a date range, apply it, and export what you see as CSV.
New in 2.0.6
The live report, the SLA report and clickable charts are free. The breach breakdown by policy, agent and department belongs to advanced SLA policies on Enterprise.
The inbox right now: open, unassigned, waiting on a reply, pending, snoozed and resolved today, visitors in the queue and live web chats, agents online and the load on each. It refreshes every 15 seconds.
Every figure opens the conversation list already filtered to what it counts. Chart segments open that status on that day, and label, department, inbox and agent rows open their conversations.
Attainment of the first-response target, with the misses by agent and by department, for any date range. It exports to CSV.
With advanced SLA policies, the report adds next-response and resolution breaches, broken down by policy, agent and department, with the latest breaches listed.
Each tile and bar links to the matching conversations.
The first-response section is free. On Community, the breaches section explains that it is part of Enterprise.
The dashboard home shows live stats, a daily trend, a busy-hours heatmap, an agent leaderboard and the first-response SLA panel. See Analytics for details.
With voice on Premium, a calls report shows answered, missed and voicemail counts and talk time.
No. The conversation, label, department, inbox and agent reports and their CSV export are in the free Community edition.
Yes. Every report exports as CSV, and because the data is in your own SQL Server database you can also query it directly.
Reports run on your own server, over your own database, free with unlimited agents.
DChat gives you the installable server, web dashboard, website widget, and desktop agent tools in one self-hosted product, with live chat free to run, and an AI agent that answers, acts with the approvals you set and hands off to your team when you want one. Run it on infrastructure you trust, on the model you choose.
Deployment
Install on Windows or Linux, behind IIS or Nginx, in a VM, or in Docker if that fits your stack.
Commercial model
Live chat is free with unlimited agents. Premium, with the AI agent, is billed per agent per month, never per conversation.
AI Flexibility
Run the AI agent on a local Ollama model, or connect OpenAI and Anthropic with your own provider accounts.
