The team behind Dchat has been building and supporting website chat software for years. That history is why handoff, routing, business hours and offline capture are built in rather than bolted on — they are the parts that decide whether support actually works.

Two products, one problem

Dchat is the cloud product, billed per agent seat. Zchat is the self-hosted product, licensed once and run on your own servers. Same problem, two deployment models, because the teams whose policies rule out cloud still need a way to answer customers.

The site separates what has shipped from what is configured setup and what is still roadmap. Channel maturity, compliance status and AI limits are stated plainly, including where they fall short. That is a deliberate choice about how we would want to be sold to.
