August 2026 — security hardening
All inbound channel webhooks (SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, email) now fail closed: a configured channel with no signing secret rejects unsigned requests instead of accepting them. Widget CORS also fails closed in production. Verified by dedicated regression tests.
