Where do I paste the script tag?

Into your theme footer before the closing body tag, or into whatever "custom scripts" box your theme or a header/footer plugin provides. It is a one-time paste — every later change happens in the Dchat dashboard, not in wp-admin.

Will it work with my caching plugin?

Yes. The loader is a static async script with no server-side WordPress dependency, so page caches and CDNs serve it normally.

Can it answer from my existing posts and pages?
