How to test

  1. This page loads the DChat widget (bottom-right corner)
  2. Click the chat bubble to open the widget
  3. Fill in the pre-chat form and start a conversation
  4. In a separate browser tab, open the agent dashboard and sign in (seed accounts: admin / admin123 or agent1 / agent123)
  5. Set your status to Online in Live Chat, then accept the waiting visitor
