BUILDING FROM SOURCE
-----------------------------------------------------------------

  zchat_install\build-agent.ps1

Requires a Visual Studio MSBuild (any edition). The "Desktop
development with C++" workload is NOT required; what is required
is the Windows App SDK packaging task that ships with Visual
Studio, which the .NET CLI SDK does not carry -- so dotnet build
cannot build this project on its own.
